YOU: Okay. but the the server not decided, to make VIP. Somebody, a man, inveted the VIP idea. And this man/people know the instruction. So, I think the support know too this insturction, how to get the VIP mail right?

YOU: So the VIP Zonda F Mail is expired? Great. But I wa entitled to the VIP car, becuase:
- I\'ve purchased a lot of Starter packs at video game shops and Origin
- I\'ve purchased 250.000-300.000 Speedboost with PayPal at the Boost Store
- I\'ve got most of all cars in the game
- I\'ve got all the four Elite Car.
- And I\'ve got some other EA games(Burnout Paradise, NFS HP, NFS Shift2 Limited, NFS The RUN).

So I didnt understand why I cant get this car.
