This game will be available for free when you download it.
When bying it on cd-rom it will cost $15,- or €15,- in europe.
On the cd-rom you will get bonus material, like a Fully Color map with all the roads, truck stops and other important buildings. 1 Map for America and 1 Map for Europe.
There will be Truck stops with full interactive interiors where you can Rest in your truck offcourse, eat, drink, pump gas, exchange hints with other drivers AI or Multiplayer drivers. Hints can be like hidden roads or known checkpoints where the cops are holding checks.
The game can be played in a few ways 1. as a driver for another company either AI or Multiplayer Controlled and you will drive a truck and maybe even trailer for that company. 2. Owner Operator, you have your own truck just no trailer and you still need other companies to haul cargo this can be by using the trailer from someone else's company and you will still drive for him or her just with your own truck. Trailers can be used as custom trailers that belong to the company or trailers that belong to the company the cargo is from.
When playing as mentioned in 1. then you will have your own place (house) where you live and operate from with 1 parking spot, if you drive your truck your car can be either at home or at the garage from the company where the truck is from. You can park your truck at your house or go back to the garage and pickup your car and drive that around and park it at home when at home. And yes you can drive and own a car more then one actually. Also yes you can walk everywhere you want, or you can use the call cab option that will bring you to the company of your choice or back home.
When playing as mentioned 2. then you will standard have 2 parking spots at your home, 1 for your car and 1 for your truck.
When playing as mentioned 3. then you will have a home with 5 parking spots, a company headquarter with a Company Garage.
A Company Garage can be small, medium or large. With large having the option now to hold 50 different trucks and even more trailers. These trucks and trailer can be used by AI drivers or Multiplayer Drivers that drive for you.
There are cars, trucks, busses, taxi cabs and a lot more AI driving around. But there are also pedestrians walking around. When going down the country in america specially you might even see a 4 wheeler moving around the woods.
