szöveg angolul:
SPOILER! Kattints ide a szöveg elolvasásához!First page of text:
Russian laws are very strict regarding drivers' fault in case of a pedestrian being hit.
According to the law, the driver must compensate the pedestrian fully for damages to life and injury in case of the pedestrian not being at fault. Proving the pedestrians' fault is extremely difficult. Were talking about the driver being framed by the pedestrian.
Second page:
Lets start with a situation where the pedestrian's intended actions are unclear, and their actual actions inexplicable.
Video starts: The guy in wearing the hood calmly walks up to the intersection. No reason to suspect anything malicious.
He throws his arms out and jumps in front of the car. On purpose or no? There is no way this would not have ended badly.
Second video:
The girl will jump straight in front of the car from behind the non-moving car. As soon as she sees it didn't work, she calmly walks away.
Black screen:
Now cases where people jump in front of cars (on purpouse) with 100% certainty. To commit suicide or as a scam - unknown.
Video with guy in striped shirt on the right:
This guy stands there for a long time looking for a bus to jump in front of.
Next video:
A group of teenagers are crossing the road at a crosswalk when one breaks off.
Next video:
Right after the crosswalk, pay attention to the lady.
Black screen:
And finally the most obvious scams. Cases where there is, as a fact, someone being scammed.
first video:
top left: "Witness" hits the side mirror
top right: "Victim" drops her cell
bottom right: Minivan right in front of pedestrian.
Next video:
"Victim" with an expensive laptop.
Video slows:
"Needed" BMW. (I assume "Needed" is simply implying that its an expensive car, so they guy figures they have money)
Next video:
Top left: some guy as a "Witness"
Top right: "Victim" with Iphone4
Bottom right: "Gazel" (its a car make) creating a blind spot.
You can hear something hit the side mirror. Same scenario as in the previous videos. Broken phone, injured arm.
Next video:
The ДПС (Road Patrol Service) arrives immediately, and a "witness" car.
Once they find out about the dashcam, they pack up and leave.
Black screen:
One such pedestrian managed to make it onto video TWICE.
With arrow pointing: Same guy, standing there, looking around.
Black screen:
In classic cases, they demand payment for a broken phone/laptop, for injury, for a doctor, for money that they would have lost not being able to work or make an important meeting.
ПДД (Rules of Road Traffic) say to ALWAYS call the ГИБДД (Government Inspection for Safe Road Traffic), scam or not, even if the pedestrian says they are fine and walk away after giving you their info.
