Ok heres the gist of what i can make out of it. Today NCSoft randomly blocked lots of IPs, even the japanese players. This info is from a japanese friend, who said after reading some of the L2 jpn boards, alot of ppl have had their ip blocked. Seems that its both foreigners and japanese people who cannot access the game. Usually it was the result of an ingame crash etc, ill try n find more info.
Szoval megy a karbantartas es nehany ember azert nem tud bejutni (japanok se!) mert blokkoltak az IP-t, amig a servert buzeraljak:)
