Nem biztos, ezt talatam hatha megnyugatat valakit:

in LI every week on tuesdays they had/have a 2 hour weekly (emphasis on weekly) mainatanance period. during this time they usually just make sure everything is running properly and fix anything that wasn't.
the servers come on after the 2 hours, most of the time not on time (don't think they use timers, pretty sure they do it manually and the person who throws the switch is just slow), but at least they come on around there (maybe 10 minutes late at its worst).
the unscheduled maintanance periods are the ones that last maybe 5-20 minutes, sometimes reaching into the hours but only when serious bugs/problems have been found.
and im pretty sure that the TW servers did go down at least once a week for 2 hours, because i remember not being able to log on for 2 hours several times during the few weeks i was playing it. but on this maybe im wrong.. dunno.

Egyebkent nagyon nagyon kicsi az esely a nem japo IP bannloasra, ha megtortenik az azert lesz, mert a japanok panaszkodnak a kulfoldiekre (foleg lokott amcsikra), hogy bunkok, allandoan kiaballnak, flamelnek stb stb., kulonben nem lenne gond.
