The headset tells you that you must immediately join the hideout not far to attend the briefing. It's beautiful, it's moving well and the immersion is total/full. The reporter found the PC Games Frosbite Engine 2.0 more impressive than the ID Tech 5 and the CryEngine 3. He compares the received slap with Crysis in 2007, nothing less. Back to the mission : briefing is finished now and we need to move and kill all those nasty. Ouch, that's a bad start: just out of the briefing, a teammate to take a bullet from an enemy sniper hided up in the next building.
Some info in bulk:
* The Frosbite 2.0 was already in development when the first Bad Company (released in June 2008) was still in production.
* When an explosion take place close to the player, he is projected on the ground (it looks like that is not scripted). When the player is under fire, our character blink (?) and the view is cloudy.
* The base of body awareness is Mirror's Edge's, which was subsequently improved. 3P animations comes from FIFA and NBA Street licenses.
* The environment should be varied: plains, woods, night scenery (not to mention Paris, New York and of course the Middle East)
* DICE will release a game where the player has the feeling of playing as a soldier, while alternating phases of intense fighting with other much quieter moments. A bit like F.E.A.R. 1 (and quite the opposite of Call of Duty)

Személy szerint engem a single, a grafika és a hangok teljesen hidegen hagynak. Egyedül a multi játékmenet és a coop érdekel.
(Ha valaki még egyszer belinkel valamit, ahol azt mondják, hogy PC a fõ platform, akkor felvágom az ereimet 😄)

Important things:
-when there's an explosion near you, your soldier is projected to the ground, and it apparetnly isn't scripted. when you get too much shots your soldier starts closing and opening his eyes(?) from the pain, and your visibility gets bad.
-the maps should be very varied(new york, paris, nocturn, desert, etc)
-frostibite 2.0 has been in devellopment since 2008. "PC Jeux" got surprised by the engine, it's kind of revolutionary, like the first engine from Crysis was back in 2007.
