I just hit level 37...been hanging in the Black swamp maze with random and difficulty set to high, lots of trolls, borloths and giant serpents makes for some fast exp.
This is really just an experiment though, and the results are disappointing.
I have all stats 75+, all weapons at 15 (save archery, its 11) all armor at 15 and magic schools at 10 (arcane at 15)
I am doing the same damage with my blade of death and necrotic battle bow that I was doing 10 levels ago, I'm taking the same damage I was 10 levels ago, and my spells do minimally more damage than they did 10 levels ago.
My Athletics skill is at 10..I see no difference from 5
And the 2 special abilities I have from my classes, Scribe at 10 and Crushing Blow also at 10 (note: it is almost 5 milllion exp for Scribe 11 with a 91 Intellect) are near worthless. It takes waaaaaay to long to re-scribe the arcane spells, to the point where they are unusable against monsters with a ton of hp. I can throw 20 fireballs, 20 magic missiles and 20 iceballs at a troll giant and still not kill it. And after the fight, it will take at least an hour real time (probably more) to re-scribe those spells WITH the Scribe skill at 10.
As for Crushing blow, I have seen it work on one monster, the Borloth.
Character progression is one of the main reasons I and alot of others enjoy RPGs..and this is not the way for it to work.
Eléggé lehangoló. Akkor úgy kérdem: ha már úgyse ér szart se a mágia. érdemes-e egyáltalán erõltetni, vagy inkább azokat a pontokat is beleölni a harcos skillekbe?

Eleinte egy fajta dologra gyúrni, beszerzni a classokat, felnyomni az inteligence-t és aztán venni a skilleket olcsóér..
Késõbb már belelehet kontárkodni más varázslatokba is mert így marad XP bõven.

- Mágusnak (arcane) érdemes belekontárkodni a celestial oldalba, vagy felesleges pontkidobás, úgyis gyenge lesz benne?
- Mivel a könyvek nem töltõdnek újra (állítólag töltõdnek csak rohadt lassan), érdemes-e kizáólag spellekre alapozni egy mágust, vagy mindenképp kell neki fegyveres harc, mert pikpak kifogy a spellekbõl?
- A mágus alapból csak arcane-ra kap bónuszt, sorcerernek elõléptetve jön be mellé a nether bónusz is. Érdemes már máguskémt is pakolni netherre, vagy addig csak arcane, aztán majd sorciként kezdjek netherre is költeni?
- Parry a jobb vagy a pajzsos blokkolás? Vagy ezek egymás mellett is elvannak, nem rontja a pajzs a parryt?
- Mint mágus, érdemes-e disarm, inspect meg lockpickra pontokat költeni, vagy: 1. van ládanyitogató spell mint D&D-ben a Knock, 2. felesleges mert ládákban elég gagyi cuccokat lehet csak találni, az igazán jó cuccokat úgyse lehet ládából megszerezni?
- Heavy pole fegyverek kozt van felsorolva a heavy staff. Ez kell mágusnak, vagy a light weapon kategóriás light staff?
- Milyen tulajdonságokat fejlesszek egy mágusnak az int-en (meg nyilván az életerõn) kívül? Kell neki dex, vagy ilyesmi?
- A varázslatok erõssége úgy tudom abból adódik hogy ugyanazt a típusú könyvet hányszor teanultad meg (mint a Diablo 1-ben). Mennyi egy varázslatnál a max szint ahányszor könyvvel lehet növelni?
- Lejjebb írtátok hogy egy karakternek 2 fõ "osztályt" lehet felvenni, egyikbõl 3., másikból max 2. szintre fejleszteni. Mágus mellé mi a jobb? Valami harcos dexxel, athleticsel, mindenféle fegyveres kombókkal, vagy egy celestialos pap, ami nem ugrál semerre, viszont szintén egy varázsló jellegû osztály?
- A játék végigvitele után kezdhetek új játékot a karakteremmel mint a Diabloban, vagy egy karakter csak egy játékra szól?

- Mágussal mire érdemes gyurmázni? D&D-ben az int-et kell neki tápolni mert jobban castol, de itt úgy látom csak a tanulási költségeket csökkenti (érdemes egyáltalán erre értékes pontot pazarolni?). Akkor meg mit fejlesszek neki, mitõl lesz jobb mágus?
- Csak varázslással életképes-e egy mágus, vagy kell neki a fegyveres harc is? Ha igen, melyik fajtára érdemes gyúrni (rövidkard, hosszúbot, stb.)?
- A speed tulajdonság a varázslás sebességét is növeli vagy csak a fegyveres harcét?
- Érdemes-e felvenni több féle osztályt (pl. mágus mellé harcos), vagy inkább csak tiszta mágusra hajtani?
