Given the pretty dreadful box office performance of Star Trek: Nemesis, many thought that the chances of an eleventh film from the sci-fi franchise making it to the big screen were pretty unlikely.
Well think again nay sayers because 'Trek producer Rick Berman has revealed he's got plans for a new movie. "I am involved in the very early stages of what could be the next Star Trek movie. It's something I will be producing with two other producers," he told Dreamwatch magazine.
Berman's didn't expand on his idea but Patrick Stewart fans shouldn't get too excited as the project certainly won't feature The Next Generation crew.
