Just when you thought it was Quiet!!! ....
Sputnik has been in the studio in Soho, London all week and has recorded 9 storming tracks, which will be mixed during the next 3 weeks with hopefully, a Christmas release, or as soon as we can get it pressed... these include a massive version of the new song " King of Electronic Rock and Roll" and wild hard core versions of early Elvis Songs... songs which influenced Sputnik back in the early days, the first songs we ever played together as a band.. its an album back to the rock n roll roots of sputnik with masses of dub guitar and, wild vocals and heavy throbbing synth bass... it feels like the most exciting songs we've worked on for a long time, - I've always loved the true madness of songs like Rockit Miss USA!.... Degvill has been singing better than I've ever heard him and Neal X has forgotten keyboards and playing stun guitar again... no one ever sounded like Sputnik on full power, then, or now.....
