    You must be using the 12.00 drivers that came with your card right?

    If yes, then uninstall it and try out the 12.01 drivers. Do you know where to get it?

    Try it out and see if it helps.

    If not then try the 10.80 drivers. Seems like Nvidia has to release yet another special purpose drivers for AMD systems.

    If you still have the problem then it can be a heat issue. If not then set AGP to 2x mode as VIA's AGP sucks (not 100% stable).

    Try first and then let us know.
