How To:
Extract both cd images of The_Sims_Superstar_Expansion_Pack-FLT to your HD.
Extract the contents of The_Sims_Superstar_Expansion_Pack_PPF_Fix-FLT into the CD1 subdirectory
Open a command prompt, go to the directory and type
> "applyppf.exe FLT-SUP1.BIN FLT-SUPF.PPF"
Extract the contents of The_Sims_Superstar_Crack_Fix-FLT into your CD1 directory.
Open a command prompt, go to the directory and type
> "applyppf.exe FLT-SUP1.BIN SIMS.PPF"
(Re)Install the game fully, it will be functional now
Note: To remove some confusion....
The 1st ppf fix (The_Sims_Superstar_Expansion_Pack_PPF_Fix-FLT) fixes the crash to desktop during initial startup of the game (just after the EA logo movie).
The 2nd ppf fix (The_Sims_Superstar_Crack_Fix-FLT) inserts the new working crack into the CD image in order to burn it.
If you have already burned the cds with only the first ppf fix, then you can use the loose included cracked exe in order to play.
In case of the game crashing to desktop on startup, make sure you did apply the first ppf fix and you totally reinstalled!
