Ezzel mit lehet csinálni?

Szerintem az Editplusz csúnyázza el a karaktereimet. Az nem működik, ha az egészet kimásolom nótapadba és onnan egy html fájlba, mert úgy is megtartja ezt a kódolási hibát.
De, akkor mit tegyek? Vagy lehet h csak EditPlusz beállítás?
