If you are having trouble installing TLJ please follow all of the applicable suggestions in the FAQ and on the forums. If you continue to to have trouble installing and believe you have one or more defective discs, you may mail your discs to the address below and we will send you new ones. You must include a self-addressed stamped envelope for the return discs. Note that all replacement discs will be the North American English version; if you do not have the North American English version of the game but still need a replacement, please send all of your discs and we'll replace your version with the North American English version.
