"Expect increased emphasis on team play; in fact, you’ll be able to create your own team and watch fellow team members increase in ability as they progress through each stage of the single-player tournament. With leagues, Offensive and Defensive positions, and free agents, the world of Unreal Tournament 2 will indeed be a competition-oriented universe. And you won’t have to hoof it all the way, either, because now you’ll be able to pilot four land and hover team-based vehicles. A two-man skiff, for example, is designed so that one teammate can do the driving while you hang back and pump metallic death into whoever is foolish enough to try and follow you."
