Na hát jött válasz, de szerintem egyáltalán nem orvosolja a problémámat.
Írtam nekik, hogy megrendeltem a Serpent God E-t és nem kaptam kódot norscához, vagy lehet hogy véletlenül kitöröltem. Kértem őket, hogy ha lehet küldjék már újra a kódot.
Erre ők a következőt válaszolták:

Your product is still in pre-order, and we expect it to be released by the end of September 2017.
You will be charged a few weeks before to initiate the shipping process and make sure you receive it right on time.
