If you guys don't want to use TunnelBear(VPN) you can go to your Firewall settings and go Advance and add to Incoming and Outgoing connection a New Rule - Select the Fallout4.exe(steamapps/fallout4/fallout4.exe) and block them! This will also fix the problem but you will not be able to use Creation Club or Mods tab in the Main Menu.
If you want the Creation Club and Mods tab to work and be able to log in with your Bethesda account the only workaround I know is a free VPN software called Tunnel Bear. Just install it and open it, connect to a server from a different country and everything will work.

Sok user arról is számolt be hogy wifi sticket váltott (pl TL-WN822N -> Asus PCI-AC88) és a game azonnal fagyott.
Nem tudom hogy működött e a fagyós usereknél a direkt kapcsolat, de a tiltás tuti megoldja.
Max nem tudod használni a game menüben a modokat.
