I had the same problem and tried validating, reinstalling and more... Eventually i went to the Skyrim_Default.ini in skyrim main folder and changed launguage from ENGLISH to SPANISH saved entered the game and clicked mods "The only thing that was the same in spanish..." and it worked then i quit the game changed back to ENGLISH in Skyrim_Default.ini and now it works
