- This can be fixed with the console command player.setstage 000c30dc 40 (see the note above), which sets the quest state to "Report to Haylen".
- Alternatively, you can also use prid xx053fd7 (Rayburn Point) or prid xx0568cc (Zephyr Ridge) followed by moveto player to move the chest directly to the player. This can be useful if Haylen tries to repeatedly send you to far harbor locations several times in a row. "
