Na, megtanyáltam:
"1. Open Notepad++.
2. Now to search your steam directory and find the folder of Steamapps.
3. The default location for your Steam folder will be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam.
4. Open the steamapps folder and navigate to the file appmanifest.acf.
5. Right Click on it and click on Edit with Notepad++.
6. Browse the line stating Autoupdatebehavior” “0”.
7. Change the value from 0 to 1.
8. Save the changes and exit.
9. Now open your steam client again."

Ja, és minden játéknak külön ilyen file-ja van számozva. A userdata képlopóbizbaszból vettem ki, hogy melyik a fallout4-é.
