A hipotetikus scenario amugy az volt, hogy Ukrajna a helyszin biztositasara es az eset kivizsgalasara behiv kulfoldi szakertoket/csapatokat, mely nem tetszik Oroszorszagnak es megprobalja fegyveresen megakadalyozni ezek tevekenyseget.
