Ezt lehet értelmezni így is meg úgy is, de szerintem elég egyértelmű, a "new race of nobility" egyik reprezentánsa pedig elég egyértelműen fogalmaz (természetesen nem azt állítom, hogy ezen "race" (Kalergi hívja így) minden tagja nevében beszél):
