I reporetd my idea about how to improve skin system before.

I just want to extend it, it could be more cool if we need to have more different sprays, for example Red, Green and Blue enougth to get all colors.
If we have a painter desk, item and sprays, then we able to paint the item. It means we need to have new items (R, G and B sprays) but why not, more logic and more items. Those items can be found in the industry buildings.
