Some news from the live stream so far:
Will update as stream continues.
*This live stream "ESO live" will be a new regular event every other Friday
*Update 5 will include chat bubbles, city of ash veteran dungeon, and new FaceFX system.
*Heavy attacks with melee weapons will return stamina (no time given but they said very soon)
*Light and heavy attacks scale off weapon power for WW
*Dropped sets with random traits
Nightblades:
coming in 1.4.3 (build update 4 will launch as)
*Strife: Always heal based on initial damage caused
*Shadowcloack: No longer be broken out by its morphs and its DOT effects
