We have identified the primary cause of the performance issues (FPS drops) that some of you have been experiencing since we released v1.2.3. This has been most noticeable in Cyrodiil, but also in PVE areas. We have pushed a client hotfix to the North American megaserver, and are currently in the process of pushing it to the European megaserver now. This hotfix will require you to log out of the game and patch before it is applied.
