A lényeg az hogy megadtam egy rendes kártyát és arról levonták a pénzt de utána azonnal megszakítottam az előfizetést hogy csak az ingyenes 30 naphoz férjek hozzá. A játékidő letelt, a pénzem viszont még mindig nincs a kártyán.
Úgyhogy leveleztem egy picit a support-al és az alábbi választ kaptam.

Although one of your transactions is showing as canceled and the verification process does appear like it was made correctly, thus leaving the me with the wonder of why the money was not yet returned.
Here is what can do for you at the moment, I will pass this matter to our billings team so they can investigate further and track your transactions to see if something went wrong in the process. I would also ask you to talk with the credit card financial institution, in this case your brother's bank , to see if there is anything on their end blocking the funds.
