    "Don't just stand and wait. I had the same issue last night. The Simcity icon was greyed out in Origin app all the time and even after the game was officialy launched. I had to wait 2,5 hours to talk to support via online chat and they finally gave me the code to unlock the game. Get ahead of it and open a chat window an hour prior to game launch and request your product code, this is the way to go if you want to be able to download and try to play if the servers are up"
