Adding the start-up option:
- right-click on the pCARS desktop shortcut
- select Properties
- add '-ticktest' to the Target path so it looks like ...\pCARS\pCARS.exe -ticktest (or ...\pCARS\pCARS.exe -dx11 -ticktest for the DX11 shortcut)
- press Apply and OK
