"Hello everyone. We are investigating the issue that some of you have been experiencing online, where the game disconnects from multiplayer after a certain period of time.
If you have experienced this issue on PS4, please provide the following information in order to aid our investigation.
Important information:
- Was the game migrated to a new host?
- How many players were in the session?
- What was the exact message displayed on screen after you were disconnected?
- Is this issue happening only at weekends?
- Is there a specific time of the day when this problem is more common?
Additional information:
- Were all of the players in your race disconnected?
- Who is your ISP (internet service provider)?
- What connection type do you use between your PS4 and your modem/router? WiFi or Ethernet?
- What NAT type you have? (PS4 > Settings > Network > View Connection Status at the bottom)
