Unfortunately we are not able to announce a CBT date yet (not even tentative) as too many things remain uncertain, starting with the exact OBT date in China.
Regarding the question if Age of Wulin is F2P or P2P, the gPotato.eu portal is a F2P portal, that should give you this answer. :-)
