In my current SolForce game on SOTSverse, it's about turn 250 and the Locusts probed me with 3 herald moons about 50 turns ago, and I haven't heard anything from them since.
The Gardener is floating dead in space about 10 LY's above Sol.
I think I remember seeing a Peace Keeper flying into Zuul space a while ago, and never saw it again.
Haven't seen the System Killer or a Supernova, they probably hit somewhere else on the map.
No sign of the Puppet Master.
