    Keep in mind that the demo people are playing is from code/AI that was done in time for the demo to be available in July for San Diego Comic Con. This same demo is still being used (the team are very busy finishing the game and don't have time to create a new demo) so the AI hasn't improved since the first demo.

    It will be much improved by the time ME3 is launched. Already enemies are dodging more, using special attacks more, taking cover more, etc. And it'll be even better by the time the game is done.
