DA2's gameplay was oversimplified (but not unfun), and the maps were overused (but the quest content was good). However, it had a great story with great character interactions, and the storybook style was rather neat.
ME3's ending was bad, but that doesn't invalidate the rest of the game being amazing.
Bioware may have had some foul-ups in their last few games, but they're still producing some of the best games coming out. They're also one of the only companies that focuses on stories in their roleplaying games, which is kind of the whole point of roleplaying games. Not that you shouldn't provide them with(constructive) feedback, but they do more things right than wrong. I'd rather play their games, even with the flaws, than 90% of what other companies put out.
Also, the level of anger that some people express towards them is just ridiculous o.O Some of you act like they broke into your house, dumped poison in your cereal, murdered your dog, and kicked you in the balls before they left.
