BAk3R #111 tedd fel a legújabb ati drivert, illetve a realtek hd sound drivert, azt hiszem R2.57 a legfrissebb, ezután pedig ezt csináld meg pontról pontra.
és még ezeket is:

go to run in the start menu type in "dxdiag" open the sound tab and lower the hardware sound acceleration to basic, click save and exit(this didn't fix it just made everything run smoother before the hard lock)

another thing i noticed that all my other games i have played on this this system had an issue with paged pool memory being low constantly flashing warnings at me, bad company 2 was the only one that didn't give me a warning it just crashed.
Again go to run type in "regedit" go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management
click on paged pool size enter the value data in 18000000 under hexadecimal.
make sure to restart so changes will take place.

plusz még a hangbeállításnál vezérlőpultban, az alapértelmezett eszköznél tulajdonságok, majd a speciális fülön állítsd 16 bit, 44100 hz-re.
