the 125 crit dmage from lothars will stack with tidebringer.. Most importantly, you should attack an enemy creep near the hero instead of directly attacking the hero, since CLEAVE does PURE damage.. If you activate Lothars, hit an enemy creep nearby, you will do more damage compared to hitting a hero directly...
