    They don't even bother to post a simple "we're working on it" reply.

    I can't imagine how they think they're going to sell the new expansion while massive amounts of people experiencing the town screen freeze problem. Could anyone be stupid enough to buy their broken product when they don't even care if it is broken or not, or do their customers enjoy the product.
