Drivers .dds files are here:
base_scs -> \material\ui\driver
Files are named 0.dds, 1.dds, 2.dds and so on. Picture is 95x95 (start at upper left corner 0,0) in a 128x128 canvas with alpha, ARGB 24/32 bit format no compression.
Create a .dds from your own picture and replace one of those files in a Mod. Only need to change the .dds file, leave the .mat and .tobj as they are.
