Ok, for all who don't know how this quest work...
* get the Quest (mostly done)
* you will need 157 Raw Jade
* move to Atlantic Ocean and use "Obtain Incantation of Seal" on all 4 Crystals to find at 68,264 (red) 88,45 (green) 252,270 (blue) and 254,49 (gold) (you will get a book from each)

* move around to the positions quoted and rightclick the books you got from the Crystals (you will get cystals in quest-inventory)
* move back to Atlantic Ocean and remove the seals from all 4 Crystals (at the last one you will get a Heavenly Stamp)
* move to 227,241 in Atlantic Ocen an use Stamp
* kill mob
