"1. Log in to your account management page at http://www.RIFTgame.com/login
2. Click on the “Authenticator” tab.
3. Click on the link on the top right of the page that says "If you already have an authenticator attached to your account you may remove it on this page."
4. Type a valid security code from your Mobile Authenticator into the provided field and click “Submit.” (If you are having problems receiving your authenticator code, please try using the "Sync" button in the bottom-left corner of your app’s Security Code display page.)
5. Type in the answers to your security question(s), fill out the CAPTCHA™ security filter, and enter another valid code from you Mobile Authenticator in the provided field.
6. Click “Submit” to complete the process, and your authenticator will be removed from your account!
Note: You are free to add your Mobile Authenticator back to your account at any time using the “Authenticator” tab on your account management page.
