Tessellia #245667 Ok so during the weekend there is 3x crew training. We also have the mission "Be a good winner" which rewards 3x crew training.
The calculation for this is as follows
Player gets his own x3 crew experience = x1 base exp as player ordinary receive + 200% exp as bonus = x3 (300% total).
When player additionally complete the mission = x1 base exp + 200% for x3 crew + 200% from mission (because x1 base exp you've already received) = x5 (500%) total.
