I really don't want to pay an extra ten bucks to simply unlock the Babylonians. Can someone with a legit version check this out?
1. Go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization vAssets\Gameplay\XML\Civilizations
2. Open (in notepad): CIV5Civilizations.xml
3. Find a line that says Babylonians <playable>false </playable> and change it to true.
Apparently using that method you can unlock 3 more civilizations to play as in the demo (just be sure not to put true on Barbarians as it will crash the game.) If anyone (preferably WITHOUT the Steam Deluxe edition) could see if that makes Babylonians playable, that'd be great " :D
