Hm do not understand fully your post. If you reinstall Witcher guess client load your missed files. And if i see well others post here the EE version is able to up to 1.0 version. The only way to get meaning your words if you do not use original game. :) Or you should send a tell to CD projekt to ask help.
And others wrote here it is possible to donwload EE yet for pc.
