If Jon had had a better camera, you could have had a higher resolution, would you then need him to upgrade his PC so he shows the simulation better now that you can see finer detail, too? IMHO you can see everything you need to from this type of user experience video, recorded using Jon's camera. Feel free not to watch. :)
