    A detailed description of the problem (for example: reference of the error message, indication of the location where the problem occurred in the game, screenshots, etc.)
    • Click on Start
    • Click on Run…
    • Enter dxdiag
    • Click on OK
    • Click on Save all information to save the file on your hard disk.
