In short, a server configuration option caused the transfer table to suddenly become corrupt, basically this meant people ended up bidding on multiple players they didn't want and strange things like this.
The table was totally unfixable, what I have done for now is reset all transfers, later today I will add in old transfer so players transfer history will be correct.
Sorry about this, it is sorted out now though!
