Possible Fixes:
- Restart Steam: Game will continue downloading (It'll state that it's at 0%, the preload was only downloaded 33% of the game so there is 8gb left)
- Within Steam: Right click on MW2>Options>Local Files>Verify integrity of game cache: The game will check if all the files are there, if not it'll continue downloading
-Go to you Steam folder and into "steamapps" (default is C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps) and delete
"call of duty modern warfare 2 content.ncf"
"call of duty modern warfare 2 mp binaries.ncf"
Both are small sizes, so redownloading shouldn't take too long (from leahcim)
