    I understand you were still having some trouble playing Diablo 3 after a recent purchase.

    I did some digging into those report IDs you provided to see what I could find. From the looks of things, this could potentially be driver or Windows related. I've got some steps here that should help you clear that up. If this doesn't do the trick though, please be sure to include your system files whenever you reach back out so we can look into this a bit more closely.

    1. Use Display Driver Uninstaller to remove your current drivers and install them again fresh with the following steps:
    a. Download the Video Drivers - https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/141169/en-us
    b. Download the Display Driver Uninstaller tool - http://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=5 (Go to Display Driver Uninstaller under Announcements, then click on "Offical Download Here")
    c. Open and Extract the DDU.
    d. Click on Clean and Restart.
    Note: Safe mode is not required, but can yield better results!
    e. Restart, then Install the Drivers from Step a.

    2. Create a new administrator account to resolve permissions issues (This step is needed for the next one to work properly): https://battle.net/support/article/34550

    3. Use the new administrator account to do a System File Checker to ensure there are no corrupted files in your Windows instalation: https://battle.net/support/article/25946
