    Ok, test of 4 of my friends and me.

    Act1: 2012 items, 31 of them were ilvl 63 (1,54%).
    Act2: 1784 items, 49 of them were ilvl 63 (2,74%).

    We haven't tested act3 (doing atm). As u see, we're not talking about RNG which matters in 100-200 items, we're talking over 1700/2000+ items, and look the %, doesn't fit with the "hotfix" they said.

    I got 63 items ilvl 63 on act2 in less than 400items the day of that hotfix. So YES they nerfed it again. They're lowering the % of nice items to make them more valuable in RMAH. Pathetic.

    And the worst of all, is that they're doing all 'in secret' just praying us to don't pay attention to it.
