    opp, már meg is találtam:

    So... all you have to do is create an autoexec.cfg file and place it into your "Crysis 2" folder.
    Now copy paste these two lines into the autoexec.cfg and save it and play.
    r_PostMSAA = 2
    r_UseEdgeAA = 3
