Használhatnád a google-t ha már ennyire sürgős. Gyanítom win7 vagy vista op. renszered van. Telepítsd fel a visual c++ 2008-at (ez nem biztos, hogy megoldja) vagy nézd meg ezt : gearbox forumról " I was fiddling around in "Control Panel->System and Maintenance->Admin Tools->Services" as I have a customized slimmed down profile. All I did was set update manager crapola to auto in preparation to trying to update Vista (something I am very reluctant to ever do), and found that the "Windows Installer" was set to automatic but not running. I set it to "start" and started the installer. And its working.
