    Vysync:

    Force it in the nvidia control panel (or in the ati one if there is such an option there) OR go to:
    Documents/My Games/Borderlands/WillowGame/Config/
    and open the file WillowEngine.ini

    Go down to this line:
    UseVsync=False

    Change it to
    UseVsync=True

    AA:

    AA for Ati: rename Borderlands.exe to Bioshock.exe or UT3.exe. Force AA in CCC. Might need to put Catalyst AI to advanced.
    Or use Rivatuner's "D3DOverrider".
    AA for Nvidia: Use nHancer.
